Daughters of Worth Mid-Year Report
In 2015, Daughters of Worth was established as a 501c(3) non-profit organization that exists to educate, equip and empower girls of all ages to become strong women of influence in their communities! We began with 12 middle/high school girls and today, we are privileged to serve over 300 girls each month through our signature programs: GLAM Girls (Girls Living a Mission), Notes of Hope (Handwritten cards of love, hope and inspiration to girls in local schools), and our newest initiative, Grace Gifts (a program designed to counteract poverty and empower girls towards financial freedom.)
As we prepare to expand our programs and territory throughout the 2018-19 school year, we simply wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU for your support of Daughters of Worth and for choosing to invest into her!
Because of You…. we have been able to serve girls in our communities in the following ways throughout the past 6 months:
- 102 Hours of Mentoring
- 30 GLAM Girl Sessions
- 1,122 Notes of Hope sent to girls in 12 schools and 2 counties
- 7 Professional Development Training Sessions Attended
- 17 Speaking Engagements throughout 5 Counties (Reaching approximately 400 people)
- Held our very first GLAM Girls event!
- Developed 43 New Community Partnerships!
- Provided Girls with Food, Clothing, a Bed and Furniture.
Thank you for making this possible!
We realize that it takes every single one of us to fight for her! The girls of our communities need to know that they are loved, treasured, valued, and adored! They need to be inspired to dream big, to set goals and to chase after their wildest dreams! Daughters of Worth exists for this very reason.
Thank you for choosing to invest into her with your time, talent, and resources! It is so very appreciated!
