This FREE event is designed for teen girls (6th-12th grades) and will feature food, door prizes, and a special gift for every girl participating!
Meet Melissa Tart, an overcomer of drug abuse. With a heart to share her story and to give hope to others, Melissa will share her journey from being a user to discovering her true self worth and value and overcoming addiction! Her story is powerful, authentic, raw and real. For anyone who is battling addiction or knows someone who is, her voice will not only offer hope, but give insight to the way out of the darkness.
If you have ever heard Diane Taylor speak, you know that this beautiful woman is a power-house! As the Director of Substance Abuse Prevention and a passionate woman who has a story to be told and a heart for empowering others, every person attending will receive so many treasures through her voice!
For those who may have a family member who battles with addiction, Tracy Morrisey knows your heart and pain all too well. An author and local inspirational speaker, Tracy will boldly share her journey of forgiveness with her own daddy, as he wrestled with addiction her entire life. A woman with a mission and a plan, it’s Tracy’s heart to bring deliverance to every person who is need of the power of forgiveness.
